Marjorie is a passionate leader in eating disorders nutrition, Marjorie spent eight years working in higher levels of care at both The Renfrew Center and Monte Nido and was on the team of providers who helped build and create programming for The Renfrew Center’s first Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) in 2005. Marjorie has also been a spokesperson for The Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, appearing on most major TV networks or quoted in publications such as Glamour, The New York Times, and US News & World Report.
With advanced certifications in Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy, Marjorie enjoys working with clients who have complex diagnoses impacting their nutrition, such as gut health concerns like Crohn’s Disease of Irritable Bowel Syndrome in addition to disordered eating. She strives to meet clients where they’re at so she can support and provide realistic recommendations always focusing toward recovery.
Marjorie holds a Masters Degree in Food and Nutrition Science from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania where was recognized with an award for being an outstanding alumni. She has held advanced certifications in Sports Nutrition, and currently in Eating Disorders and Integrative and Functional Medical Nutrition Therapy.
