Meet Diana Fransis, RDN - a Registered Dietitian passionate about transforming your relationship with food and your body.
Food has always been a staple in Diana’s life. She grew up in a Middle Eastern family that emphasized food as nourishment - both as fuel and to elicit better connection, celebration, and tradition with her loved ones.
But, as she grew up, Diana began viewing food negatively. She began feeling anxious and feared food, struggling with her body image and the messaging she was told about dieting. It wasn’t until Diana began the journey to becoming a Registered Dietitian that she realized something pivotal for her life.
“We receive so many harmful, untrue messages about food and our bodies,” she explains. Today, as a Registered Dietitian, Diana helps others uncover their truth and cultivate a healthy relationship with their own bodies – and the food they eat.
We caught up with Diana to take a peak into her kitchen and uncover her top three favorite recipes for busy days and nights. These simple meals help Diana keep it interesting in the kitchen, without sacrificing time.
Now you can make Diana’s favorites right at home, too!
